Allison practices in the areas of commercial real estate and general business transactions. She has extensive experience in drafting and review of commercial leases, purchase agreements, servitude and easement agreements, and corporate organizational documents.
Allison has lectured at continuing legal education seminars on road dedications, revocations and title curative matters. Prior to joining Williams Anderson Ryan & Carroll LLP, Allison was an attorney at Kean Miller LLP for over 3 years with its Baton Rouge office real estate practice group.
Prior to law school, Allison worked with Teach for America as an elementary school teacher in Opelousas, Louisiana.
