- Represented natural gas pipeline operator with the acquisition of numerous servitudes for a new pipeline corridor in south Louisiana.
- Represented development company in Dallas, Texas in connection with the construction of multiple commercial buildings, including resolution of dozens of claims related to the construction projects.
- Represented architect of record in connection with claims related to the renovation of existing buildings and the construction of multiple commercial buildings, including resolution of dozens of claims related to the construction projects.
- Represented structural engineer in the defense of claims related to the design of a high school and related facilities in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
- Represented civil engineer in the defense of claims related to the civil design of an elementary school in New Orleans, Louisiana.
- Represented real estate development team in multimillion dollar action against a bank alleging fraud and causes of action.
- Represented electric utility company in the acquisition by expropriation of landowner tracts for a 114 mile expansion project.
- Represented railroad client in acquisition of several industrial tracts by expropriation for the construction of expansion yard.
- Represented franchisee of major food services corporation against class action complaint related to alleged illegal marketing and advertising methods.
